I had a fun mini shoot with these two cuties this past Monday. It had been 2yrs since our last one and I have to say they are just as cute as ever. They were so full of energy and spunk, coming up with poses all on there own. They are both so adorable and have so much personality it was a lot of fun. Here are a few of my faves.

A Downtown Engagement: Britney & Tim
There is something so beautiful about two people really in love. You know what I'm talking about...the sweet glances, the soft touches and the knowing smiles. All those simple things that make you feel like your on top of the world. It is one of my favorite things to witness because it is so precious and rare.
This past weekend we had the pleasure of spending time with Britney & Tim. They have been apart for three months...so you can imagine how special this session was. It wasn't hard to come upon all of those sweet little moments. We had such a blast and we can't wait to shoot their wedding in just a few short weeks!

Wedding: Becky & Jeremy
We had a great time with these two, who we had the pleasure of shooting before, at their beautiful wedding. Which ended up being moved indoors because of rain, and the entire time, they didn't skip a beat. They were happy to be in love, and happy to be getting married... and Becky + Jeremy, we were happy to be there too!

Meet the Swartz Family
We had a fantastic shoot this past Saturday with the gorgeous Swartz Family. I had been working on building the set of this shoot for a week and I was so excited to see it all come together in our studio. On top of that I couldn't wait to take pictures of Derek and his adorable little red head. He was a pro in front of the camera, all eyes were on him and he knew just what to do. The shoot was filled with lots of toothy grins and sweet little laughs; we loved every minute. Erika, Kurt and Derek we had an absolute blast spending the morning with you!

Mini Shoots: The Pettit's
There is something so beautiful and special about a mother's connection with her little boy, these two knew just how to encourage each other. They knew how to make each other laugh, smile and really shine. They brought out the best in each other and it made our job not only easy but really fun. Karen and Drew, we seriously had such an amazing time with you, it was everything we love about our family portrait sessions.

Mini Shoots: The Trieloff's
This gorgeous family was all laughs and smiles for their mini-session, they were an absolute blast to shoot. You guys, we seriously had such a blast and it was everything we love about our family portrait sessions.
Senior Feature: Desiree
Last week we had an awesome Senior Portrait session with the gorgeous and talented, Desiree. Our first shoot was canceled because of the rain but for this particular evening the weather was perfect. Being that we are entering into the glorious season of fall, darkness comes a little faster so we were in a race to catch as much light as possible while hitting all of our desired locations. Desiree was a champ, she mastered the art of the quick wardrobe change and she rocked out every pose thrown her way. We had a blast and we got some beautiful shots of this amazing girl. Desi we are so proud of you and can't wait to see what awesome things God has in store for your future!

We had a blast shooting with Katelyn on Saturday, we were so happy with what we were able to capture. We were blessed with no rain, but there was quite a cold wind that helped get us all awake that morning. I love Senior Portrait Sessions. There is just something fulfilling about spending time with kids that are getting ready to start the next chapter of life. I love hearing about their dreams and finding myself pulled into hoping that they will reach all of them one day. Those sessions always take me back to my Senior year and I remember all the excitement and nerves that exploded from within me, all the unknown I was ready to take head on. It is such an amazing step in our lives, I am so thankful that we are given the opportunity to be a part of it over and over again.
We had a blast shooting with Katelyn on Monday. She is absolutely gorgeous, with a perfect movie star smile. She opted for a two part shoot so we have the awesome opportunity to shoot with her again this weekend. Sneak Peek: Meet Baby Cole
10 little fingers, 10 little toes, a head full of hair and a sweet button nose; baby Cole stole our hearts as soon as he walked through the door. There's just something about that sweet baby smell that makes my insides melt. Check out my partner in crime for more pics of this handsome little man. Thank you Dan and Amanda for giving us the awesome privilege of spending time with you and your new little wonder. Congrats again!

Engaged: Jeremy & Becky
We at Relish Studios had the awesome opportunity to spend time with this amazing couple and capture their love. The beautiful thing about this engagement shoot was that they were so wrapped up in each other all we had to do was set the stage and they made the special moments happen. We had such a blast hanging with these two and being a part of their love story. We'll be posting their beautiful wedding soon.

Meet the Slaters
We at Relish Studios had the great pleasure of spending time with this adorable family on Monday. The shoot started out with a lil' road trip, the spot that we had planned on shooting at ended up not being available so we improvised. We discovered another park just 10 minutes away and found exactly what we were looking for. Needless to say, this made for a fun beginning. These three were great, they rolled with the punches and the shoot turned out wonderful. We had a lot of fun and got some beautiful shots of this adorable family playing and loving each other.
